Nick Sands
Nick spent the first decade of his career building the kind of GTM engine he now builds for his clients. Starting from zero, hiring and training the delivery teams, engineering the systems underneath them, and growing it into a business acquired by private equity. Across that build and the partnerships roles that followed, the operating model never changed: build the infrastructure and the strategy simultaneously so execution scales the moment the strategy is proven.
The conviction that came out of it: most B2B technology firms and service providers do not need another consultant who hands them a strategy and walks away. They need someone who builds the systems with them, so once it works, they own it, can scale it, and never have to hire the same engagement twice.
That is the operating model behind Command Growth. Serve the audience first. Build systems that make it repeatable. Refuse to ship a program that is not engineered to compound.
